Island Naturals Hilo - Cuffed & Detained By Security Guard

This man was cuffed and detained by the security guard at Island Naturals. He was trying to leave the store after the security guard threatened him with being banned from the store. The security guard did not allow him to leave, cuffed him, and detained him.

When the police officer came, he ignored the fact that the detained man was reporting a crime and the security guard was committing a crime. The officer proceeded as if it was a routine commercial trespassing incident.
