Facebook $15B Slap Down

Facebook was fined $15B for tracking members across the internet from site to site gathering information about them without their consent between 2010 and 2011. Apparently doing so is close enough to an illegal wiretap to make them culpable, but not enough to really make them pay big money. Some of us might disagree.
