Judge Mulvahill Did Not Say How Long A Delay He Would Grant, But Gave The Defense Two Weeks To Respond To A Motion.
Prosecutors Said At The Hearing That They Plan To File More Charges Against Alissa Next Week, After The Crime Scene Is Processed.
On Monday, Alissa Walked Into A Boulder Grocery Store And Is Accused Of Killing 10 People Before Surrendering To Police.
He Took Off His Clothes Before He Surrendered And Has Still Not Given A Motive For The Killings;
His Family Has Described Him As A Loner, And Say He Has Never Had A Girlfriend.
