Part 4: Kings and Priests of The Most High God

This is Part 4 of the lesson I have titled “Kings and Priests of the Most High God.

In Part 3 of this series I emphasized that you must be born-again. And that you must mature in your Christian faith in order to walk in kingship authority and power. You also need to learn how to receive and rightly discern the wisdom of God by being in fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

In todays lesson we will be studying the Priestly office and its origins of when first mentioned in scripture. There is much information regarding the occupation of the priest, but my intent is not to cover all the rituals assigned to the priest. My focus will be on two roles that have been assigned to the new covenant believer, which are the roles of king and priest.

I discuss the event when Abram appeared before Melchizedek and how Abram carried within him the attributes which God required of man. Within Abramʼs loins was the future of both kings and priests.

You are of the linage of Abram and most importantly you are made a priest to serve God our Father forever in the order of Melchizedek; in the order of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, you are now able to present your own gift before the LORD, since you are no longer under the Levitical Law, but under the Law of Grace.

[Rom 6:14 NKJV] - For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law
but under grace.

[Rom 10:4 NKJV] - For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who
believes.

Therefore, prepare your gift and bring your gift into the Holy of Holies before God our Father, because you are now part of a nation of priests before the LORD Almighty. Amen.
