How to make delicious potato cutlets

Recipe and ingredients:

Potatoes 700g, salt to taste, bay leaf, allspice.
Boil until done.
For the sauce: mushrooms 200g.
Onions 1 pc.
Fry onions in vegetable oil.
Fry the mushrooms in a dry pan to evaporate excess moisture.
Add fried onions and 30 g of butter.
Salt, pepper to taste, 200g sour cream.
Cook for 1-1.5 minutes.
Mash the potatoes into a puree.
Heating butter 40g.
Pepper mixture to taste.
Chopped garlic 3-4 teeth.
Flour 160g.
Greens to taste.
Chicken yolk 2pcs.
Mix everything.
Wet your palms in vegetable oil.
Form cutlets.
Fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve potato cutlets with mushroom sauce.
