This is my first time making a leche flan donut. And I was quite happy with the result. I used a mochi donut recipe, so that it would become chewy. 😄
Listed below are the ingredients.

Leche Flan:
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
150ml milk
1 tsp Sugar
100 ml condensed milk

Dough:
2 tbsp (melted)unsalted butter
1 egg
150 warm milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup APF
1 cup Tapioca Flour
1/4 tsp salt

and oil for frying the donuts
