Youth mental health first aid class teaches adults how to talk to teens and recognize trouble

According to the National Alliance for Mental Illness, one in five teens and young adults live with a mental health condition so a local mom is teaching a Youth Mental Health First Aid Class for adults to help them recognize when a teen is in trouble and how to talk to young people.
