Authorities In Colorado Have Released The Identity Of The Man They Say Walked Into A Boulder Grocery Store And Opened Fire.
21-Year-Old Ahmad Alissa - Who Is From The Denver Suburb Of Arvada - Is Being Charged With 10 Counts Of First Degree Murder.

Social Media Pages That Appear To Belong To Alissa Indicate That He Is An Immigrant From Syria And Is Opposed To Trump & His Administration's Immigration Policies.

Officials Said Alissa Was Shot During An Exchange Of Gunfire With Police But Is In Stable Condition And Will Be Transported To The Boulder County Jail Later Tuesday.

Officials Also Released The Identities Of The Shooting Victims Saying They Worked Through The Night To Identify Each Victim And Notify Their Families

Witnesses Said Alissa Went Into The Store And Starting Shooting, But It Seemed To Be Methodic.

Customers Said They Heard At Least A Dozen Shots Fired, Which Sent Shoppers And Workers Alike Scrambling For Safety.
People Fled Through A Back Door Escape While Others Hid In Nearby Shops.

Hundreds Of Police Officers From Throughout The Denver Metropolitan Area Responded To The Attack Including Swat Officers Who Were Carrying Shields And Slowly Approaching The Store As Others Helped People Get Away From The Building.

The Officer Who Lost His Life In The Line Of Duty Was 51-Year-Old Eric Talley Who Had Been With The Boulder Police Force Since 2010. He Was The First To Arrive At The Scene.

Hundreds Of Police And Emergency Vehicles Escorted The Ambulance Carrying Talley From The Scene Of The Shooting. Many Residents Stood At Attention Along The Route, Their Arms Raised In Salute.
