The Jan. 6 riot and breaching of the U.S. Capitol should be condemned, but why is Biden’s Justice Department arresting innocent protesters who were merely exercising their First Amendment rights that day? Where is Merrick Garland’s dragnet for the rioters who destroyed the Portland Federal Courthouse last summer? Or even the miscreants who tried to attack the White House? Will the hypocrisy of the Left never end?
