This was filmed at 4:50pm on March 23, 2021. “President” Biden was supposed to speak at a closed event at the Ohio State University James Cancer Center, but there was no indication of him being there besides a handful of Ohio State police officers and vehicles and a lone cameraman outside. No secret service was seen near the property.
