The Republican Senate Affirm, Whitmer's DHHS Director

Today the MI GOP and in particular the Senate affirm Elizabeth Hertel to her position. In true bureaucratic form, this affirmation is accomplished by not blocking her, but lets call self-evident truths what they are and not beat around the bush.

Thank you to the Republicans that voted against this but that is not good enough. We personally have left our lives of comfort to speak out boldly against COVID Marxism. It is only reasonable to expect the same and more from those elected to position of influence. Party leaders should denounce this vote and reprimand those who support the policies destroying our way of life. This should be done in the courts of public opinion at the very least.
