Alex Moazed shares a viewer question with LendingTree Chief Economist Tendayi Kapfidze asking what effects he expects to see from the reported migration of citizens from large cities in the U.S.. Kapfidze shares that, according to his data, the exodus from large cities didn't happen. He goes on to explain that the housing supply problem has gotten worse due to refinancings at rock bottom rates deterring home owners from moving into different homes and having to take on a higher rate mortgage.
