Space Game Part 38 - Upgraded the Universe Map!

Spent quite a bit of time doing this, 4 hours! :(
Copied most of this script from my www.scan2.markoz.net as that interaction with the mouse is much better than the old scan website.Show more

This took a bit of time cause I forgot how things worked and I wanted to attempt to make this ability to drag a HTML5 canvas with a mouse modular so I can easily apply this to other canvas's. Maybe a skill tree one! :)
