Simulation to demonstrate How Lisle's ASC can be tested

Dr Jason Lisle has proposed an application of anisotropic synchrony convention (ASC) to the distant starlight problem. In various presentation he alludes to the fact that the theory can't be tested because the one way speed of light can't be measured. But the theory can be tested without measuring the one way speed of light. This simulation illustrates how.
