Cooking with Roger (A view from the English Countryside)

This has nothing to do with cooking but for those American followers in particular, I thought I’d give you a perspective of my local environment. The countryside itself is vast and extraordinarily beautiful and this is a mere representation of what my County looks like. I am a motorbiker and until the lockdown is lifted, I can’t travel far. So, this is my local patch where I regularly go walking and cycling.
