CCP Foreign Affairs Chief Yang Jiechi to U.S. Sec. of State Antony Blinken:
Yang Jiechi is a high-ranking Chinese politician and diplomat. Since 2013, he has served as director of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission Office of the Communist Party of China, the highest diplomat under CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping and has served as a CPC Politburo member since 2017.
Antony John Blinken is an American government official and diplomat serving as the 71st United States secretary of state since January 26, 2021. He previously served as deputy national security advisor from 2013 to 2015 and deputy secretary of state from 2015 to 2017 under President Barack Obama.
