Virgin Islands National Guard hosted an equal opportunity leader course, March 15-20, 2021. The Equal Opportunity Leader Course (EOLC) was a six-day training course consisting of over 40 hrs of classroom Instructions and Exercises designed to train students to become Equal Opportunity Leaders (EOL)s for their units.
