U.S. Air Force medical personnel with the 64th Air Expeditionary Group prepare vaccines for administration at the NRG Community Vaccination Center (CVC) in Houston, on March 15, 2021. Airmen from 14 different air bases are present at the CVC, at the request of Air Combat Command, to assist in providing vaccine relief to underserved communities. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing continued, flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of the whole-of-government response to COVID-19.
