7
James Baird was an Assiniboine Warrior and an American Warrior. He did 6 tours of duty as a Special Forces Special Operations Group (SOG) soldier. Half of all SOG soldiers died in combat. James survived but earned 4 Purple Hearts as he did. He succumbed to COVID-19 earlier this year. This is a tribute given him by the American Legion of Tehachapi, CA and his wife, Cynthia.
