In this Montage I Wanted To Capture That Sense of Being On Your Peak, Mentally, Emotionally, Physically And For Those Who Believe In God, Spiritually.

In Therapy I Will Sometimes Use A Mountain As An Analogy Of Coming Out Of Depression Or Out of A State of Anxiousness. When You Are On A Height Your Perspective Changes. Suddenly You See The Bigger Picture. All Your Worries Seem Smaller or Less Significant In Size When You Are looking Down Upon Them From A Great Height.

I Also Have A Personal Fascination With Mountains. In Northern Ireland There Is A Mountain Called Slemish Which St Patrick Used To Shepard Sheep Upon. I Have Climbed It A Number Of Times And Love Sitting At The Top And just Breathing And Taking In The Landscape.

The Name Slemish Mis Mountain, It Is historically called Slieve Mish Or Sliabh Mis In Irish Which Means Mis's mountain. It Is A Small Mountain In County Antrim, Northern Ireland. ... Slemish Is The Remains Of The Plug Of An Extinct Volcano. How Cool Is That??

Once Again A Special Credit To Tim Moor For His Music.

I Sincerely Hope You Enjoyed This Video
