20210319 Better Off Dead? - The Daily Summation

There are a number of things--some internal to the person, some external--that might make you believe a person would be "better off dead."

I'm not going to say I'm unable to envision a circumstance (or set of them), where that might not even be the case.

That considered, I MOSTLY cannot hold with such an idea.

Just because, for example, a child is born with Down Syndrome or Autism (or so many other things), DOESN'T MEAN they won't end up WOWING THE WORLD!

Even if they don't though, and even if they're born to poverty, that BY NO MEANS indicates their life is not worth having, or living.

Maybe they'll never end up at the "top of the world," like the blind, Autistic, Kodi Lee. So what? Does that mean their life was "not worth living?

This is the discussion on this edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics.
