Falcon and the Winter Soldier episode one review

I watched a second time, I really feel like they captured the issues I had reintegrating into civilian life after leaving the service. I don’t have ptsd like some, damn that’s a tough thing. But I have had some insomnia for the last 20 years, and got help from the VA for it. So Bucky doing counseling is a big part of military reintegration. I couldn’t get loans, we are paid crap and I ended up divorced and penniless with the only work history being restricted or secret. I wanted to hold onto the things of the past, like Sam is trying. Dating as an adult. All of this first episodes hit in the returning soldier heart strings.
