The main goal of this trip of was visit Big Bend National Park. We wanted to plan for our next trip to Big Bend when we backcountry camp in the National Park. We hiked the Baquillas Canyon Trail along the Rio Grande River. We also road the MTB Trails of the Lajitas Trail systems.

Kellie cooked some amazing meals on our Coleman stove. For our first breakfast she made Balsamic Roasted Tomato & Hummus Toast. That evening she prepared Blackened Steak, potato, and creamed spinach.
