A Dome Cube Structure for the New Jerusalem

How would The New Jerusalem be constructed? The dimensions, according to how the angel measures the city with a golden rod, measures 2220 km by 2220 km, or 1380 miles by 1380 miles. An interesting side note, the moon of Jupiter Callisto measures 2410 kilometers in diameter, which means a reduction of less than 100 kilometers around (providing the necessary foundation material), gives an accurate measurement.

The mile-wide waveguide structure(s) for propulsion, requires a crystallographic for tuning the craft, so that the rotational dynamic of the earth remains safe during the New Millennia. How this may be achieved both in the cube, as well as on the earth, can be referred to as "morphogenic", in the author's opinion.
