Are Romans 10:9, 10 and 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 different gospels?

Today because the Church is primarily made up of Gentiles, the message in 1 Corinthians 15 is more understandable. Whereas the message in Romans 10 can be easily miss construed to lead people astray to a different gospel such as, making Jesus the Lord of your life, accepting Jesus into your heart, confessing your sins, etc.; rather than believing the only gospel for salvation, which is that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.
