The spring season officially begins this weekend, and it’s time for urbanites to end the “dark winter” of 2020/2021. At the top of the Downtown Los Angeles hot topics chart, Pilot is now the place to be, inspired by the coast of the Mediterranean. Pilot is now open and taking bookings for limited service; the full menu is expected to return in a few weeks.
