How to make this Easy Crochet Gnome hat

I'm going to walk you through my gnome hat pattern. This is a great beginner pattern and works up so quickly.

For sizing:
-Newborn work to row 10 and it will be 6 inches long
-3-6 months work to row 14 and 8 inches long
-6-12 months work to row 19 and 10 inches long
-Toddler work to row 22 and 12 inches long
