Space Game Part 36 - Resolving Max Speed & Construction Priorities

In this session I went about fixing the construction priorities from freezing the game and made a substitute for the issue with max speed. Instead of attempting to cap out the speed I've instead put in some penalties such as disabling the energy when over the max speed and reducing the weapon damage output down to one quarter.Show more
