President Biden's Press Secretary Jen Psaki said during Wednesday's press briefing that the administration's messaging on the border crisis because it's "complicated."

"Now is not the time to come, the border is not open, this is a treacherous journey, the vast majority of people will be sent back, " she said. "And that's the message we're sending."
