The Biden Administration's Border Policy is an Act of Treason and he needs to be charged with Treason or Impeached, and I realize the odds of this are slim and none, however I also realize the GOP and Media don't say a word about this other than he's wrong and or responsible for the Illegal Tidal Wave now Illegally Crossing Our Border.

I know the Primary Duty of the President is to Protect United States Citizens from harm and he and his administration are deliberately violating the U.S. Constitution in not Securing Our Borders, and also not protecting U.S. Citizens from not only the criminal element but also the China Virus.

Article 4, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence. That means “sovereign states, states’ rights!!!” The states are Constitutionally responsible to secure its borders when the federal government refuses or fails to do so.

The State has the inherent authority, and I would argue duty, to enforce federal immigration laws. Federal courts have consistently held that local law enforcement has the authority to investigate and make arrests for violations of federal law, including immigration law. (See Gonzalez v. City of Peoria, 722 F.2d 468 [9th Cir. 1983] and United States v. Santana – Garcia, 264 F.3d 1188 [10th Cir. 2001].)

In the absence of any limitation on local enforcement powers, the states are bound by the Supremacy Clause of the United ‘States Constitution to enforce violations of the federal immigration laws. "The statutory law of the United States is part of the law of each state just as if it were written into state statutory law."

Justice Scalia: “Are the sovereign states at the mercy of the federal executive's refusal to enforce the nation's immigration laws?" The answer is clearly “NO”.

Why is it we never hear the News Media or Elected Officials discuss the U.S. Constitution and Bidens Unconstitutional Treasonous Actions concerning the Security of the United States, most likely because most of them have never really studied the U.S. Constitution as is evident by the Laws they pass and I know personally from running against Flake in 12 & Franks in 14 & 16 they never talked about it then either other than agree with what I'd say about it and never their own opinions, we're all ill served by these Career Opportunistic Elected Officials and need to Remove them in 2022. 

I'm asking all who view or read the post to contact their Religious, Federal, State, County, and Local Elected Officials no matter the Party Demand they put an End to this Treasonous Act by going to the President directly and in the Media and Demand Action now, and also let them know you'll remember what they do or don't do in the 2022 Primary Cycle in your State, this I believe is the only way to make All U.S. Citizens aware that we and our children are being threatened by the Treasonous Acts of All who support the Biden Administrations promotion of an Open Border Policy. 

America was founded on Christian Biblical Principles, however by what has taken place in the past years and presently in DC is proving that is no longer true, unless those called by His Name Repent and Turn from their Wicked Ways so God can Heal their Land our futures are doomed, how much Farther will Believers in the USA Fall?
