Ironic like the Council Edict of 2650 was probably the opening that culminated in the Executive Order 156. In the end, seems like it doesn't matter if it is just in the planetary level or at the entire Inner Sphere level, if the people give an inch, the government will take a mile. And by the way, as always it was the Kurita fault, even if "indirect" this time.
