PCR Test Inventor called out Fauci as a Liar in a 1993 interview

Back in 1993, PCR test inventor Kary Mullis called Anthony Fauci a liar in an interview. He said Fauci knew nothing, and he would say it to his face. Also, on January 10th, 2017 Fauci gave a speech about pandemics at Georgetown University, and he flat out said that the Trump administration would experience a surprise outbreak. He didn't say it was possible that there would be an outbreak. He said there WILL BE A SURPRISE OUTBREAK! How could he know that unless he planned it in the Wuhan lab?
