OTR portable toilets 'attending to people's basic humanity'

The COVID-19 pandemic forced Our Daily Bread to change its operations completely last March. But after the soup kitchen shut down its dining room and began distributing meals to go, its leaders quickly realized that wasn't enough. People needed toilets, too.
