In episode one of the 688 Cyberspace Wing’s mini-documentary series “Our Story: Wingmen and Warriors”, we celebrate the first day of Women’s History Month 2021 with a feature story on our Wing’s newest Chief Master Sergeant, Chief Master Sgt. Patrice Vella, Feb. 26, 2021, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Vella exemplifies what it means to be a Wingman and a Warrior, here is her story. This mini-documentary series seeks to highlight the caliber of Wingmen, across the globe, who are vital to the 688th Cyberspace Wing’s mission to engineer, build, operate, secure, defend and extend the Air force cyberspace domain in order to enable and assure Air force core missions and the joint fight.
