Headline Grabbing Scandals Undermine the Legitimate Issues Political Actors Need Answer

Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan is NOT going to be investigated for her role in killing off a vast swath of the elderly population, care of the Attorney General of Michigan. Governor Andrew Cuomo in New York meanwhile is up against another investigation for his exact same policies that resulted in the need to coverup thousands of deaths in Long Term Care facilities.

None of that substance matters though because the sensationalism doesn't generate clicks. Instead launch an investigation into Cuomo sporting wood for a hug in 2000. Try and cancel Bill Burr for the 7894th time. Toss out Miss Piggy because women aren't pigs I guess. Listen to empty egg carton Sarah Silverman lament the culture she helped create.

These fools made their beds and now they must lie in them. Pick your battles well.
