NRSC’s Chairman Rick Scott met with President Trump last Thursday to discuss the Republican Party's Candidate list for the midterm elections. The NRSC and President Trump’s goals are not aligned. What does it mean for Scott to go and meet with President Trump?

Alabama Republicans presented President Trump with the party's resolution, praising him as "one of the greatest and most effective presidents in the 245-year history of this Republic". The resolution was unanimously passed by the Alabama Republican Party Executive Committee on Feb. 27. It praises President Trump to have “accomplished more in 48 months than Joe Biden did in 48 years as a senator and vice-president."
