In this episode I convert a Bogen CHB-10A 7868 vacuum tube PA amplifier to be used as a guitar amplifier. The 7868 Novar tube socket was removed and replaced with an octal socket so that a 7591 tube could be used instead. The 7591 is the same electrically as the 7868 and is much more readily available and therefore economical.
