Targeted Individual Surveillance By DARPA or something else?

I've been targeted by the Deep State for many years. I believe that a FISA Court issued a Surveillance and Community Harassment campaign on me without probable cause for my affiliation with the movement Anonymous. I'm not a black hat or white hack hacker, but joined because of a corporation discourse I had thought My employment with Home Depot where I was targeted and harassed for speaking my mind against their rash treatment against my fellow employees. This video was done recently and I have looked at these insectobots under a microscope before and they contain a fiber optic network of what appears to be limbs and growing of an organs out of synthetic material.
