Biggest Thing That Keeps You From Losing Weight
If I were to tell you the one thing that is probably holding you back from losing weight, It would be that you probably don't have a commitment to creating habits that you will stick with. What most people do is that they make a decision to work out and get healthy. Most of the time its a very fanatical approach that is not sustainable and you wind up quitting. The problem with this is that done over and over again causes low confidence and lack of belief that you can actually ever accomplish getting the body that you want. On this video I discuss how building regular habits that you commit to and are sustainable will help you to build belief and confidence back in yourself which in turn will create a higher commitment to your habits. Ultimately by having this mind shift change, you will have greater results in your weight loss and will not have to live with the continual war in your mind that you have with yourself.
