20210313 Unequal Justice - The Daily Summation

Where it's certainly fair to say that justice in these United States is technically unequal, you have to ask yourself a simple question (at least simple to state), "Why?"

I'm not suggesting there isn't some truth in the idea that "class" plays a part. I don't think the REASON for that is what a lot of people suspect or believe though.

Sometimes, the difference is reasonable; sometimes not. In ALMOST NO CASE, do I believe it's an intentional thing.

That doesn't make it less wrong, but it DOES change the dynamic.

This is what I talk about on the current edition of The Daily Summation from Kurt's Religion and Politics.

When I'm able to complete the companion article on the Kurt's Religion and Politics blog, I'll post a link to it here.
