About 50 KG loitta fish crispy & spice fried recipe cooking by village ladies.

This loitta fish called "Bombay duck / bumalo" and very much tasty fish as dry fish.
The fish is also known as "strange fish" and totally different from others all kind of fish.

Huge Bombay duck fish processing & cutting by village ladies and then they marinate the fish using some spice ingredient.

Then women fry the fish in hot oil. In the mean time others ladies preparing delicious hodgepodge/khichori to serve with crispy and spice fish fry.

After finish cooking, women serve the food to whole village people
