Rescue Fawn takes a bottle

I was worried about whether I should try and rehab this little rescue. I spoke to my vet and he helped me form a plan on feeding and what to feed and said I had just as good of chance of rehabbing her as a refuge. Since she was a axis female I decided to do. (Had it been a male I wouldn’t have done it, and had it been a whitetail it wood have been illegal) I started with a colostrum mix for ruminants for the first day or two, then switched to a regulars formula. She took the bottle like a champ! I was so relieved... but also tired. She needed to be feed often, even through the night. 😴😴
