Respectfully, may I ask why a day begins in darkness? Why doesn’t a day begin with morning (sunrise) and end with evening (sun down)? Are there not twelve hours in a day? When is night?
Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and DARKNESS was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the Evening and the morning were the first day
So the first day started with darkness and all days start in the Evening.
Leeland Jones thank you for answering. Darkness is the absence of light before He began. Then light begins ...isn’t that the start? I realize water was also pre-light...it just doesn’t seem like a day which is light and occurs between an evening point and a morning point would also include night and the four watches therein. It’s such a weird snag I know but I just wonder. And my mind keeps catching on that little snag...how easy would it be to confuse twelve hours of darkness? Does it come first? Why is one feast specific about starting at sundown and not the others? These thoughts may sound very kindergarten to you but I appreciate any help🕊
Hope this helps: https://youtu.be/ep0NO-Qw9Jw - VIDEO: He is the Light, the Greater Light Oct 27, 2017
What if this star is New Jerusalem coming down from heaven?Like a Bride adorned for her husband. They asked Jesus how many times shall I forgive my brother and Jesus said I say 7 times 7 which is 149,,,, There was a reason Jesus told them that. Was he saying until the end of time as we know it? What do you think he meant?
Not Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
70 is Daniel's 70th Week which lasts 7 years.
70×7=490
It's the Shemitah cycle of 7 years but remember the Jubile is the 50th year. So over 490 it's 10 Jubiles so add 10 years to 490 and it's 500.
Daniel says 62 weeks x 7 = 434
And also 7 weeks x 7 = 49
Then 1 week = 7
434+49+7=490
Then add the 10 Jubiles

Hi Leeland - why did you start the priestly order at the 3rd priest Harim and not the first priest Jehoiarib?. Also why are they not in alignment with the blood moons/eclipses. Also were there other happenings on the dates noted prior to 2014? I love this and looking forward to more of your learnings.
The pattern is an eclipse and then another eclipse 2 weeks after. The priest courses start with jeroiarib on the calendar but what we are seeing is the priest course on the second eclipse. So in 2010 it's actually the 3rd course and 2024 it's the 24th. But it does move through a progression amazingly. The priests are 48 weeks apart aligning with the lunar cycle.
Leeland, How do I prepare to a Christian Passover with limited access to purchase materials and foods? I found your channel just today. How do I prepare in time? I don't want to waste your time to explain it to me, but do you have a video and notes you have already prepared to direct me too? Again, thank you so much for what you are doing! The Bible is truly coming alive for me and I am immersed in your teachings and using this time wisely in these last days. I am so happy I found your channel. Thank you.
Do Communion. The Lord's Supper is Passover.
1 cor 11: to eat the Lord's supper. For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come
Mat 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom. And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
Thank you so much. As a new subscriber to your channel, where would you recommend I start watching and printing materials? Yours is a very in depth study and I don't want to miss a thing! I am having to pause and re-watch to catch up. You are opening up The Bible to me in ways I never understood before, and it suddenly all makes sense. But I want to start at a point/video where I can learn to follow along with my limited experience. I am so grateful to you and also thankful that you responded so quickly to my questions. Where will you be celebrating Passover?
Blessings to you. If you like, start with the House of David.
Rev 3:7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the Key (to the House) of David.
1 Chr 23:28 the house of God; 29 Both for the shewbread, and for the fine flour for meat offering, and for the unleavened cakes, and for that which is baked in the pan, and for that which is fried, and for all manner of measure and size;
30 And to stand every morning to thank and praise the Lord, and likewise at even; And to offer all burnt sacrifices unto the Lord in the sabbaths, in the new moons (months חֹדֶשׁ ḥôḏeš), and on the set feasts (מוֹעֵד mô‘êḏ), by number, according to the order commanded unto them, continually before the Lord:
I read about how this was in practice in Mesopotamia. According to this book, it was one of the main reasons it lasted so long. https://libcom.org/files/__Debt__The_First_5_000_Years.pdf The seven year sabbath is quite similar to what we still regard as good agriculture - before the recent cash-cropping. The seventy-year debt-reflief is like also a useful tool in a debt-based economy. I don't think Israel ever kept those sabbaths, for real.
Jubile is every 15 and 65 in Gregorian years for example 2015, 1965
