New Signature Verification Requirements - They Changed the Rules

As California Governor Gavin Newsom delivered his State of the State address this week, it was hard to ignore the elephant in the room: the fact that there's a massive recall effort happening to remove him from office. The petition to validate the effort requires 1.5 million verified signatures, which means each vote has to come from a registered California voter.
