HIIT Class Finisher
Every one of our 30 minute HIIT classes ends with a body part challenge (arm, leg, or core). These challenges consist of 5 movements, each lasting 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. Coach Amelia demonstrates one of our core challenge finishing series.
