Texas is suing the city of Austin and Travis County for their refusal to end mask mandates as directed by Governor Greg Abbott's order. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who has already successfully sued Austin previously, isn't pulling any punches as he demands compliance from Austin Mayor Steve Adler.
