China Launches Vaccine Passport System, Urges The WHO To Allow Them To Run Global System
China Officially Launched Their Vaccine Passport System This Week, And Is Petitioning The W.H.O. To Allow Them To Run The Program Globally.
According To China's Foreign Ministry, The Passport Will Show Whether Or Not A Person Has Been Vaccinated As Well As Their Covid-19 Test Results.
It Will Be Available Through A WeChat Program And Can Come In Paper Or Electronic Form.
The Country Now Moves To Get Its Covid-19 Certificate Recognized By Other Countries In Order To Encourage Cross Border Travels.
If China Would Be Allowed To Run The System Globally They Would Be In Charge Of A Global Database That Documents Every Person's Covid-19 Test And Vaccination Status.
The Country Already Has A Social Credit System Which Ranks Citizens With Numerical Scores Based On The Merits Of Their Behavior.
