Why I Reject HS2 & Speeding up Life in General

Boris doesn't seem to believe in anything other building white elephants in a vainglorious attempt at building a legacy. There were few compelling arguments for HS2 before Covid and even those have disintegrated now. Moreover, I don't feel that anything that aims to speed up our lives should be supported.
