My dark night of the soul turned dark.

In this video I talk about how dark my dark night of the soul has gotten for me, and talk about the patience that we need to have for the sleepers because this is going to crush them. I know we all think we know that, but this trauma is crazy for me right now, and I don't want anyone else to have to feel this way, so we have to help them through it when the time comes.

For those new here, I am glad you are here. I know what you are going through is scary, but the more you fight it, the longer you will go through it. The universe is guiding you to learn that you can make it through this dark time and will come out a beautiful butterfly on the other side of the cocoon. Take care of yourself, rest, hydrate, spend time inside of yourself in a quiet room and meditate, and always spread love and kindness.
