Thanks to David Deida, he's got some great information definitely check him out! This shows the three methods or parts of spiritual work, what they do and how to develop them. Meditating doesn't heal and doing a bunch of work won't enlighten you. Figure out what you're doing before you do it. Do you need to heal (WE ALL NEED TO HEAL), do you want to work on your craft? Do you accept and allow yourself to be the pure light energy that you can't help but being?
